Purbeck Folk Club aims to bring you events throughout the year with local musicians as well as those from across the country. Our events are usually held on the first Thursday of the month.
The Club (no membership required) is held at
Langton Matravers Village Hall (opposite the church)
High Street, BH19 3HA.

Next Event
Our next event will be Thursday 4th September 2025 when West Sussex singer-songwriter, Greg Harper, joins us for a third time, accompanied by Nigel Ratcliffe on keyboard. Many of our regulars will recall their last concert here a year ago.
Also on the bill will be Mandy Woods from Glastonbury. Mandy has her roots in Oxford, but spent many years in Austin, Texas where she sang with fellow singer-songwriter Lara Linette.

Future Events
There will be no gig in October due to Swanage Blues Festival.
On the 6th November 2025, Bridport based Bea Piper will be joining us. Some of you may have caught her brief appearance with Malcolm Lageu at our August gig.
