Purbeck Folk Club aims to bring you events throughout the year with local musicians as well as those from across the country. Our events are usually held on the first Thursday of the month.
The Club (no membership required) is held at
Langton Matravers Village Hall (opposite the church)
High Street, BH19 3HA.

Next Event
Our next event will be Wednesday 6th August 2025 when Duea come and play for us as part of their short UK tour. They will also be playing at Dulwich Folk and Green Note in Camden Town.
Duea are two sisters who grew up in Valle Varaita in the north of Italy, and they play a variety of instruments blending the musical roots of their land with international folk influences plus “a touch of electronics”. Also on the bill will be “the real deal” Malcolm Lageu. It’s been too long since he last played for us!
