Purbeck Folk Club aims to bring you events throughout the year with local musicians as well as those from across the country. Our events are usually held on the first Thursday of the month.
The Club (no membership required) is held at
Langton Matravers Village Hall (opposite the church)
High Street, BH19 3HA.

Next Event
Our next gig will be Thursday 3rd September when we welcome back Marine Club plus The Fieldcaps, who join us for the first time. Some of you will remember Marine Club from their previous performances at the Club. The Fieldcaps are a duo who sing beautiful harmonies, accompanied by guitar and Shruti Box.

October
Thursday 1st October: FOLK, BLUES & BEYOND … An evening of music featuring local (and maybe not so local) musicians playing a variety of traditional music and their own compositions.
November
Thursday 5th November: We welcome back Greg Harper accompanied by Nigel Ratcliffe (keyboard), and Milton Hide.
December
Thursday 3rd December: We look forward to South Of Polaris playing their first gig at the Club.
